North Valley Physical & Occupational Therapy is conveniently located at the corner of Forest Ave. and Skyway in the Skyway Professional Center. Our parking lot enterance is from Raley Blvd. Once in the parking lot drive straight ahead and use any of the open parking spaces along the way. We have four handiecap parking spots are right in front of our space. Enter at the center of the building through the sliding glass door into the lobby and look for our suite on your right.
